7.  TROUBLESHOOTING 

The  following  chart  indicates  the  most  frequent  problems  and  their  quick  solutions.  Please,  in 
case of any inconvenience, consult this chart.  

PROBLEM 

PROBABLE CAUSE 

ACTION 

The equipment does 
not turn on 

It is not connected to the 
mains 

Connect the power cable to 
the mains 

The power cord is broken or 
cut. 

Replace the power cord. 

The plug is not in good 
condition. 

Change the plug. 

The fuse is broken or 
burned. 

Replace the fuse. 

Power switch Off. 

Turn on the switch. 

The green pilot light of 
the ignition switch is 
turned on but the 
display does not turn 
on. 

System “hung” 

Turn the unit off and on. 

System with general failure 

Contact the nearest Technical 
Service. 

The display works 
normally but does not 
respond correctly to 
the vacuum circuit. 

Vacuum pump does not turn 
on 

Turn the equipment off and 
on, if the problem is not 
solved, contact the nearest 
Technical Service. 

Vacuum pump ignites but 
the vacuum circuit has leaks. 

If the vacuum level is 
insufficient there may be a 
leak in the outer hoses and / 
or connections of the vacuum 
trap, check the connections. 

Clogged vacuum trap cap 

Verify that the rubber disk of 
the vacuum trap is not 
clogged sealing the vacuum 
inlet of the trap. 

Infusion circuit does 
not infuse product 

Infusion circuit stopped. 

Press the pedal once to 
activate the infusion circuit. 

The infusion pump is not 
working well on the hose. 

Adjust the position of the 
silicone hose on the peristaltic 
pump and check the pump 
hose locks for proper 
adjustment.
