7 VS 3015 CT Connection and Terminal Assignment
The illustrations and tables show the terminal assignments for the pack controller and its SIOX extension
modules. A detailed description of the connection and terminal assignment of the controller and its components
is shown below.

DANGER
The following points must be strictly taken into account for the cabling:
The system must be disconnected from the power supply before detaching or inserting plug
connectors on the basic module and the SIOX extension modules.
All connection cables from and to the controller – with the exception of the digital inputs and the
relay outputs – must be shielded. Otherwise malfunctions, e.g. faulty measurements, cannot be
ruled out.
Pay strict attention to the polarity for inputs and outputs with current or voltage interface ((0..10 V or
4..20 mA). Short circuits or a faulty power supply can result in impairments of the function or even
destruction of components of the controller. It must also be strictly ensured that the inputs / outputs
are correctly configured using the jumpers for this (current or voltage interface, see chapter
Configuration of the analogue inputs and outputs ).

