HP valve in emergency operation
The operating state is defined as emergency operation by the pressure transmitter of the high pressure
showing a measuring circuit error. In this case, the control signal of the HP valve is set to the configured value
of the "
Emerg. Con.Var. " parameter.

HP valve in manual mode
In the service case, for example during the first start-up, the HP valve can be actuated manually. The parameter
"
Man. op. " must be set between 0 and 100% to the desired value of the HP valve for this. If "--" has been
entered, the opening degree is controlled via the PI controller. Manual mode is reserved for test and service
purposes and is not stored in the controller memory (i.e. after a power failure, controlled operation is active
again).

5.5.1.1 Neutral Zone HP-Control
In order to prevent very high activity of the controller correcting variable for the HP valve, a neutral zone has
also been provided for the continuous regulation of the high pressure. If the high pressure is lower than the
calculated HP setpoint plus half the neutral zone and greater than the pressure setpoint minus half the neutral
zone, the correcting variable (0.10 to 10 volts) of the HP valve is not changed.
As soon as the HP actual value enters the neutral zone, the previously output analogue control value remains
the same.
If 0.0 bar is input as neutral zone HP (parameter
Neutr.Zone HP , menu 3-2-2-2), this function is deactivated.
The PI controller for the HP valve regulation now acts directly on the servo motor for the high pressure valve.
