5.12.9 Monitoring of the Gas Cooler Outlet Temperature
The chapter Gas cooler outlet temperature regulation describes the existence of two gas cooler outlet
temperature sensors. These are monitored as follows.

The Pt1000 temperature sensor is monitored for short circuits and interruption. The priority of the message
Meas err.gas.out can be set in menu 3-7.

The Pt1000 temperature sensor is monitored for short circuits and interruption. The priority of the message
Meas err.gas.out can be set in menu 3-7.
Monitoring for plausibility of the gas cooler temperature

is used as default; in the case of any measuring

is used - see chapter Temperature sensors for regulation ) should be in a specific range during
normal operation of the system. Two limit values are used for the range monitoring:
Parameters in menu 3-3:
tg too high
tg too low
In the event of exceeding tg too high , the signal tg too high is output after expiry of a configurable signal delay
time using the parameter Del. tg too h. (menu 3-3). The signal is transmitted according to priority preselection.
In the event of undercutting tg too low , the signal tg too low is output after expiry of a configurable signal delay
time using the parameter Del. tg too l. (menu 3-3). The signal is transmitted according to priority preselection. In
the case of measuring circuit errors of the temperature used for the fan control, the signals tg too high and tg
too low are not output.
The signals tg too high and tg too low have no influence on the control and regulation processes.
