11.1 Alarm signaling and monitoring
11.1.1 Alarm for overtemperature or low temperature
An alarm on account of overtemperature or low temperature is signalled if supply air or return air sensors have
reached or exceed / undercut their specified warning temperature and the delay time has expired.
Default setting
Te setpoint for the overtemperature is entered in °C while the setpoint for low temperature as difference from
the setpoint of the cooling is entered in degrees Kelvin.
During a running forced cooling, the delay time for the low temperature alarm is reset to prevent any false
alarm during the operation of the forced cooling.
This alarm is disabled during a defrost. Any possibly already elapsed delay time is reset again at the
beginning of a defrost and runs again from 0 after its end.
11.1.2 Alarm in the absence of a defrost
If no defrost takes place within an adjustable time, the "
" alarm is tripped. This does not apply if the
No Defrost
defrost is suppressed on account of too high temperature or a defrost on demand.
The delay time for the
alarm should not be selected too small in order to prevent false
No Defrost
alarms (see keine Abtauung parameter in the menu 6-2-3). If the maximum interval between the set
defrost times (menu 3-2) is, e.g. 48 hours, the delay time for the
alarm must be set at
No Defrost
