- Tutti i lavori di manutenzione e
riparazione devono essere eseguiti da
personale specializzato e
professionalmente qualificato.
- La sostituzione della lama e della
bacchetta di battuta della lama deve
essere eseguita esclusivamente con la
macchina spenta.
- Scollegare la macchina dall’alimentazione
elettrica prima di ogni intervento di
manutenzione o di rimozione delle
coperture.

Se l’ultimo foglio della risma di carta non è
stato tagliato completamente, la profondità di
taglio deve essere regolata.
Regolazione della profondità di taglio:
- Svitare di 1/6 di giro la vite (B) con una
chiave a brugola di 6 mm.
- Effettuare una prova di taglio come segue:
Se la bacchetta (30) è molto consumata,
essa deve essere girata.

della bacchetta, riduce la durata della
lama!
Girare o sostituire la bacchetta
- Allentare le viti (C)(SW4).
- Smontare la bacchetta.
- Montare la bacchetta girata ( con il lato non
usato verso la parte superiore).
- Fissare completamente la vite (B).
- Svitare di 1/6 di giro la vite (B).
- Fissare leggermente le viti (C).

Prova taglio
- Eseguire una prova taglio-> Se l’ultimo foglio
della risma di carta non è stato tagliato
completamente lungo tutta la sua lunghezza,
svitare la vite (B) di 1/6 di giro. Ripetere
questa procedura finché la carta viene
tagliata completamente lungo tutta la sua
lunghezza.

adjusted.
Setting the cutting depth
- Unscrew (1/6 turn) screw (B) with hexagon
socket screw key size 6
- Perform cutting test as described below
If the cutting stick (30) is very worn it must be
turned.

Too deep cutting into the cutting stick
shortens the life time of the blade.
Turning resp. replacing the cutting stick
- Loosen screws (C) (SW4).
- Dismount cutting stick.
- Install turned cutting stick (with unused side
to the top).
- Totally tighten screw (B).
- Unscrew (1/6 turn) screw (B).
- Slightly tighten screws (C).

Cutting test
- Perform cutting test -> if the last sheet of
paper of a stack is not cut over its total
length, unscrew screw (B) (1/6 turn).
Repeat this procedure until the paper is cut
over its total length.
