The OEM harness ECA mating connector shall be Delphi Metri-Pack 12124685.

•

The OEM harness ECA mating harness cable (wire) diameters shall be compliant with the following insulation
diameter requirements:

•

The ECA mating connector shall use Delphi Metri-Pack 12052456 terminals.

•

The ECA mating connector shall use the Delphi P/N 12045699 TPA.

•

The ECA mating connector shall use Delphi P/N 12059255 wire filer.

Additional options may be available with approval from your Eaton OEM Engineering Support Group.

Engine Speed Sensor Interface

Note:

The speed sensor harness is supplied by Eaton and this information is for reference.

•

The OEM harness connecting to the engine speed sensor shall consist of the following connector system components:

- The OEM shall use the Deutsch DT04-2P series connector body.

• Eaton recommends Deutsch part number DT04-2P-E003.

- The OEM shall use the Deutsch W2PA wedge.

- The OEM shall use Deutsch Size 16 gold plated contacts.

• Eaton recommends Deutsch part number 1060-16-0144.

- The insulation outside diameter of the connector shall comply with Deutsch requirements for the selected

connector shell.

The wire gauge shall comply with the Deutsch requirements for the selected contact.
