5.12.7 Fire alarm linkage
When a fire occurs in the cabinet, the smoke alarm will be triggered. The monitoring system will send a passive
switch value signal. The signal’s default value is NO (Normal open) and when there is a fire alarm, it will turn to
NC (Normal close). At the same time of receiving the fire alarm, the front and rear doors of the cabinet will open,
and external fire gas can enter the cabinet to extinguish the fire.
Wiring method: 2-core signal wires connect to the monitoring host ports NO1& COM1
The smoke-sensing signal in the cabinet can also be directly connected to the room-level fire control device. The
smoke signal can provide 12V active dry contact signal.
Wiring method : 4-core signal wires connect to smoke sense 1/2/3/4 contacts, port 1/2 are contacts for12V DC
power supply, port 3/4 are alarm output contacts.
