Checking Channel Utilization
Click on “Channel Survey” from the device Home Page

Channel Utilization shows both seconds, mins and hours . It
also include the average background noise for each time
interval
•
On average, you don’t want your channel utilization to be
higher than around 75%
•
If you don’t have a lot of traffic on your system, this value
should be relatively low. If it’s high it could indicate the
presence of other interfering systems.
