6.Operation Guide
6.1 Process Diagram
6.1.1 Before switching on the machine, make sure that all electrical wires are connected correctly. The body of
the machine must be connected to ground. Switch on the Main breaker.
6.1.2 Turn on the button of
“
Power
” ‒ “
Transform Button
” ‒ “
Run
”
on speed controller, When the
felt is revolving, press
“
Heat
”
6.1.3 Press arrow up/down and
“
entry
”
to change working speed. (Default speed is 8HZ, about 0.6m/min)
6.1.4 Press arrow up/down button to adjust the working temperature. (Default temperature is 210
℃
)
6.1.5 When the machine heats up to the preset temperature, check the surface temperature by infra-red
thermometer. Then, check the transfer result with small piece of printed transfer paper and fabric. Adjust the
temperature / speed reference to the transfer result.
6.1.6 If daily job is finished, switch off the heating button to let the machine cool down. The operators have to
monitor the machine until the temperature drops to less than 80
℃
. Then, switch off power of the machine.
Notice: Customized devices are included in process diagram, the standard machine not equipped with every
collection/unwind device as shows, for more details, please consult with our sales personnel.
The speed of felt to be set at the range form 5HZ to 15HZ. The temperature to be set at the range from 190
℃
to 230
℃
. When there is sudden power blackout and the machine is working at high temperature, please
release the tension of blanket manually by the crank, and insert heat proof materials/paper board between
the oil drum and blanket so that the hot drum does not burn the blanket.
