e-pill ALRT Weekly Medication Reminder
Easy Set-up
1.
On the day and at the time of day you want to be
reminded to take your weekly medication, remove pull
tab from the back of the e-pill ALRT Weekly
Medication Reminder.
2.
The Reminder makes a 2-tone sound and then a single
beep.
3.
"7 days" will appear on the LCD and will commence
countdown to 0 hrs. 7 days (168 hours) later your
Weekly Medication Reminder will sound the alarm.
Your e-pill Weekly Medication Reminder is now set to go off
(“alarm”) 7 days from the time selected.
Your e-pill Medication Reminder can also be used as a Desk Clock and show current
time (display will switch between number of days left and current time). In order for this
feature to work, you must set the current time (see below).
SET / ADJUST Desk Clock
Press the "SET CLOCK" and the time displayed on the LCD will flash.
Adjust the hour and the minute by pressing on the "HR" and the "MIN" buttons.
After adjusting to the correct current time, press the "Set Clock" button again and
the time is set. The LCD will stop to flash.
If the "Set Clock" button is not pressed a second time within 60 seconds after you have
pressed the "HR" or "MIN" button, the flashing time displayed on the clock will be set as
the current time.
ACKNOWLEDGE ALARM (Silencing the Weekly Alarm)
When the alarm sounds, take your weekly medication or treatment.
Press “ALRT” button, this will silence the alarm.
LCD will ONCE AGAIN DISPLAY 7 days or the number of days until the next
alarm time (if you are late in acknowledging the alarm).
CHANGE ALARM (Day and Time of the Weekly Alarm Setting)
To set the e-pill Weekly Reminder Alert to the right day and time of day, follow the this
procedure (make sure the pull tab has been removed from the back of the e-pill device).
At time and day desired to take medication every week – move the switch to
“SET” position.
Press and hold “ALRT” button until you hear a two-tone sound – then release.
After releasing, a single beep will sound to confirm the Reminder is programmed.
