11 - - - - Current power indication
The bar is moving dependent from the power from the left to the right side.
In case of no load the bars are off.
When load is detected the bar starts to move. A next bar is switched on and the previous
off after 100mWh change of the energy register. To avoid flashing of the bars each bar
has to be switched on for 500ms.
The 100 mWh demand is equal to the demand of a pulse of the test LED (10.000
kWh/imp = 1 imp/100 mWh).
