2004-2005 Kawasaki ZX10R - PCIII USB EX - 2
The ignition must be turned OFF before
installation.
1
Remove the main seat and the passenger seat.

Remove the two bolts securing the tail cover as
shown in Figure A. Remove the tail cover.

Place the PCIII USB EX in the tail section and
route the wiring harness on the inside of the
tail section towards the front of the bike as
shown in Figure A.

Remove the fuel tank.
5
Remove the eight screws securing the air box
lid as shown in Figure B. Remove the air box
lid.
6
Remove the five bolts securing the air box as
shown in Figure C. Remove the air box.
