Troubleshooting
CAUTION:
Only qualified maintenance personnel should attempt the following procedures.

Adjust the micro-switch activating
blade
The shutter will not
operate
No power at shutter
Verify the supply voltage being
delivered to the shutter. Test
the voltage at pins 1 & 2 of the
8-pin connector (24 VDC)
Check and replace the wiring if the
light source is operational but the
ZIP Shutter is not. If a problem
occurs within the light source,
consult the user guide
The plug (38317 or
38318) is not installed
in J5 of the reflector
housing
All functions of the ZIP Shutter
operate properly
Install the plug as described in the
installation instructions
