Making Connections

Installing a SIM Card

You can use a SIM card for wireless internet access.

NOTE



Check the availability of service and data plan rates with your network
service provider.



Make sure to turn off the notebook before inserting the SIM card.

Slide the I/O device cover latch to the unlock position to release the I/O
device cover. Then open the I/O device cover.

Push a valid SIM card into the SIM card slot until it clicks into place.

Close the I/O device cover. Then slide the I/O device cover latch to the lock
position to secure the I/O device cover in place.
