Remove Items from Inside Seedbox

Leg assembly
Seeder funnels
Weighing kit with hectaremeter

Set aside

Ground wheel
Hose roll

2.

Remove Seeder Frame from Pedestals

Note:

This is bolted on upside-down for transport

If a Mounting Kit has been Supplied -

Mount the Seedbox, Pedestals & Mounting Units
Complete to the Power Harrow

If a mounting kit hasn't been supplied construct two mounting
units to support the supplied system to your power harrow,
ensuring clearances for the wheel and arm to swing, the
seeder frame and tubes to miss any P.T.O. extension etc.

Remove the Drive Guard and the Bottom 15/19t
Sprocket, Loosen Grub Screws in Bearing
Collars. Push Shaft Through Until Flush with
Inside Bearing. Loosen Grub Screws in
Bearings and 21t Sprocket at Top of Wheel Leg.

The shaft holding the sprocket and key between the bearings
is for transport only.

O

ffer the complete leg up into the drive pedestal, lining

up the dummy shaft & keyway with the partially
withdrawn shaft. Push the shaft back through the leg
bearings locking collars and 21t sprocket removing the
dummy shaft in the process. Replace bottom 15/19t
sprocket. Tighten up bearing and sprocket grubscrews.

6.

Mount Groundwhheel to Wheel Leg Shaft.

Ensure wheel pegs face forward at bottom, use bolt and keep
plate to locate wheel, tighten up grub screw.

7.

Mount Seeder Frame to Pedestals

Sliding pin goes at the drive pedestal end.

8.

Attach Seeder Funnels to Seeder Wheel
Housings

Locate by hooking funnel over flap shaft then secure with
wire clip over seeder wheel housing.
