Preparing for installation
Carefully remove the camera system and examine the 
contents for damage that may have occurred during transit.  If 
damage is found or if anything is missing, contact the Dun-Bri 
Group for advice.  Do not use broken or damaged devices or 
parts.  The contents should include;

  1x 5” TFT LCD monitor
  1x Monitor sun shield
  1x Reversing camera
  1x Mounting bracket
  1x Remote control unit
  1x Camera connection cable
  1x Power connection cable
  1x Heat shrink tube for camera connection

Installation and mounting

1. 

Choose a suitable location for the camera that is free of 
obstructions and at low-risk from accidental damage.  
Mount the camera using the bracket attached.  Using 
the heat shrink tubing provided, cover the connection 
between the camera and the cable.

2. 

Route the camera connection cable from the camera to 
the location where you will be installing the monitor.

3. 

Mount the camera monitor, connect the camera cable and 
attach the sun shield.

4. 

Route and install the power cable harness to a suitable 
connection.  The harness will be fitted with a 3 Amp mini 
blade fuse.  Ensure all connections are secure.  Refer to 
Fig 1. for further cable information and colour coding.

5. 

Check all connections and power up the monitor to check 
correct functionality of the reversing camera.

Using the system menu and changing settings
There are a number of options and settings available from the 
menu, accessible from the monitor.  To access them, press 
on the Menu button.  See Fig 2. for location information and 
symbol key.  Further information on the settings available to 
you, and what your options are are also included in Fig 2.

Where applicable, proper installation combined with operator training in the use, care and maintenance of reversing safety devices are
essential to ensure the safety of personnel and the public.
Some warning devices can require high electrical voltages and/or currents.  Use caution when working with live electrical connections.
This product must be properly earthed via a reliable connection.  A poor earth connection and/or shorting of connections can cause high 
current arcing, which can cause personal injury and/or severe vehicle damage, including fires.
Proper placement of the device(s) with the correct installation with maximise the performance of the device.  Ensure that any switching or 
control units used with the device are placed within easy reach of the operator so that he/she can operate the device without losing eye contact 
with the road, particularly important during manoeuvres.
It remains the responsibility of the driver to ensure that all features of this product work correctly.  In use, the device should be free of
obstructions from vehicle components, for example, the tailgate, people, vehicles or other obstructions.
Where applicable, the use of this or any other safety device does not ensure all drivers can or will observe or react to a hazard during
manoeuvres.  It is your responsibility to be sure you can proceed safely before perfoming such actions.  It is always recommended that you 
utilise a trained banksman.

CAUTION: AIR BAGS

Many vehicles are now fitted with side and curtain air bag 
systems in addition to those traditionally fitted within the front 
of the vehicle.  Ensure that you do not drill into the cables or 
sensors and accidentally trigger the devices during fitting.

WARNING: ROOF SUPPORTS

There will be a roof support member(s) that spans the 
distance between the driver’s side and the passenger’s side 
of the compartment.  Do not drill through or into this member. 
Ensure that you adjust the cable route accordingly.
