DOOR INTERLOCK ADJUSTMENT
The Speed Oven will not operate unless the interlock
switches are properly engaged.
Never make any attempt to
mechanically or electrically override the
interlock circuit.

Note:
The relay must fully engage for oven to operate.
NOTE:
It is required to conduct any adjustments on
an oven preheated to 500 °F (260 °C) due to metal
expansion when hot. The oven should preheat for at
least 30 minutes.
Tools Required
• 7/16" or 11mm nut driver
• 7/16" or 11mm open end wrench
• 7/16" or 11mm crescent wrench
Procedure
1. Disconnect the oven from its power source.
2. Make sure that oven door is closed.
3. Remove oven top, left and right side panels to
gain access to the interlock assembly. (Switches
are located at the top corners at the point where
oven door latches engage).

4. Loosen bolt fasteners on switch mounting bracket.
5. Locate the adjustment bolts. Release nuts on the
bolt slightly to allow bolt to be turned.
6. The switch actuator arms (Primary and Secondary
Interlock switches) and the switch plunger (Control
and Monitor switches) should be fully depressed
when the door is closed.
7. Check the gap. Currently the Primary Interlock
switch is set to a 0.030" gap and the Secondary
Interlock switch is set to a 0.050" gap.
ADJUSTMENTS
