This maintenance is to be completed by a certified service agent.
Disconnect unit from power source or use Lockout/Tag-out procedures
before performing and maintenance.
Please read these instructions completely before
attempting to install, operate or service this equipment
Step 1 - Removing Front Panel
Remove six (6) screws holding front panel.
Let panel tilt out from top.
NOTE
: Panel is secured by two safety cables.
REMOVE
Step 2 - Remove large debris
Using a stiff bristle brush. Clean away the
large grease and dust particles in the louvers.
Tools Needed
Rags
Phillips Screw Driver
Small Stiff Handle Brush
BK Authorized Degreaser
Step 3 - Cleaning Louvers
Using a stiff bristle brush, spray some
degreaser on the brush and clean away the
grease and debris from inside the louvers.
Do not spray directly onto panel.
Step 4 - Cleaning Louvers - cont.
Spray degreaser onto a rag and wipe down
the panel removing the grease and debris.
DEBRIS
Use safety glasses.
Spraying directly on electrical

equipment damage or bodily injury.
