7 Troubleshooting
If the fault is not on this list please contact our service center directly.
System Problem Elimination

The device doesn’t work!
Check whether the device is switched on.
Check whether the battery is empty.
Check whether the cable is connected
correctly.
Device switches itself off!
Check the room temperature (max. 40°C).
Ventilation slots are covered

Open up the ventilation slots.
Avoid heat sources

Change the position of the device.
Avoid direct sunlight

Change the position of the device.
Noise from the fan inaudible and
airflow not noticeable

Ventilator defective, call service.
Device switches itself on and off
repeatedly!
Sensor detected high temperature

Operate the device under 40°C

Cool the device
If the fault persists call service.
LED remains dark!
Check whether the device is switched on.
Check whether the battery is empty.
TL30A
Battery doesn’t charge!
Defektive battery or charger, call service
center.
