The
ImagePro™ 9115A
is the first full featured
LCOS (Liquid Crystal On Silicon)
projector that incorporates progressive video scanning technology with a new LCOS
display device. It provides a super smooth image free of the structure visible when close
to a LCD image. The LCOS image has a contrast ratio of over 600 to 1. Along with
1800
lumens
image brightness, the projector has a
SXGA
plus
resolution of
1365 x 1024
.
Almost every computer image can be shown in full resolution, along with the HDTV
formats currently available.
For signal sources of lower resolution or quality, such as from a VCR or DVD players, the
projector provides image correction with a motion adaptive progressive scan circuit. This
system is superior to the ordinary line doubler found in most projectors. It employs field
interlacing and progressive 3/2 pull down frame compensation, gamma correction and a
special noise reduction system to yield a film like image. In
addition, the black level enhancement can be employed
along with the 16:9 aspect ratio compatibility. The
progressive scan improves all the video inputs.
At only 12 lbs. the 9115A can be moved anywhere in a
home, office or school and provides a fantastic image.
The 9115A is HDTV ready. It features 3 RGB (computer)
inputs, 3 video inputs, plus RS 232, and mouse control.
