spinotto sul pistone.
Misurare il diametro dello spinotto.
Limite di usura massimo:
0,025 mm
Note
Sostituendo lo spinotto è
necessario sostituire anche il piede di
biella.
Accoppiamento segmenti -
cilindro
È importante che il rilevamento venga
fatto con segmento (A) posizionato
perfettamente in “squadro” nel
cilindro. A tal proposito inserire nel
cilindro il pistone (9) nudo sul quale
appoggiare il segmento da controllare.
Misurare la distanza tra le estremità
del segmento:
Segmento superiore (nominale):
0,20 ÷ 0,35 mm
Limite di usura: 0,80 mm.
Segmento intermedio (nominale):
0,30 ÷ 0,50 mm
Limite di usura: 0,8 mm
Segmento raschiaolio (nominale):
0,25 ÷ 0,77 mm
Limite di usura: 1,0 mm.
Gudgeon pin - piston coupling
Measure the diameter of the
gudgeon pin bore on the piston.
Measure the gudgeon pin diameter.
Maximum wear limit:
0.025 mm
Notes
If the gudgeon pin is changed
you must also change the connecting
rod small end bush.
Piston rings-cylinder coupling
It is essential that the measurement
be performed with the piston ring (A)
positioned perfectly square in
the cylinder. For this reason, the
piston (9) should be inserted in the
cylinder without piston rings fitted
and then place the piston ring to be
checked on top of the piston.
Measure the piston ring gap:
Upper piston ring (nominal):
0.20 - 0.35 mm
Wear limit: 0.80 mm.
Intermediate piston ring (nominal):
0.30 – 0.50 mm
Wear limit: 0.8 mm
Scraper ring (nominal):
0.25 - 0.77 mm
Wear limit: 1.0 mm.
