Rimontaggio ruota
anteriore
Dopo aver eseguito tutte le verifiche
necessarie sulla ruota procedere al
rimontaggio nel modo seguente.
Lubrificare con grasso l'interno del
mozzo ruota.
Lubrificare il filetto del perno (8).
Montare la ruota (1) completa tra i
gambali della forcella.
Inserire il perno ruota (8) dal lato
destro.
Inserire i distanziali (5) e (7) tra la ruota
ed i gambali.
Montare l'attrezzo cod. 8000.70139
sul perno ruota (8).
Portare in battuta il perno (8) sul
mozzo ruota, inserendo il perno di
posizionamento dell'attrezzo nelle
apposite nicchie del piede forcella.
Ingrassare filetto e sottotesta del
dado (6) di bloccaggio, quindi avvitarlo
sull'estremità del perno ruota.
Bloccare il dado (6) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Rimontare le pinze freno anteriori (A)
serrando alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3) le viti (B).
Controllare che i dischi scorrano
liberamente all'interno delle pinze.
Prima di serrare le viti (2) mettere
a terra la moto e spingere sui
semimanubri per caricare la
sospensione; in questo modo si
otterrà l'assestamento dei gambali
sul perno ruota.
Lubrificare le viti (2).
Bloccare le viti (2) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3) procedendo
con sequenza 1-2-1.
Refitting the front wheel
When all the necessary inspections
have been completed, refit the wheel
as follows.
Grease the inside of the wheel hub.
Lubricate the axle thread (8).
Install the complete wheel (1)
between the fork legs.
Insert the axle (8) from the right-hand
side.
Insert the spacers (5) and (7) between
the wheel and the fork legs.
Fit the tool part no. 8000.70139 to
the wheel axle (8).
Drive the axle (8) fully home into the
wheel hub, inserting the locating peg
of the service tool in the special
notches at the bottom end of the fork.
Grease the thread and the underside
of the head of axle nut (6), then screw
it onto the end of the wheel axle.
Tighten the nut (6) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit the front brake calipers (A),
tightening the bolts (B) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Check that the brake discs turn freely
inside the calipers.
Before tightening the axle clamp
bolts (2), lower the bike to the
ground and push up and down on the
handlebars to load the suspension so
the fork legs will become properly
seated onto the wheel axle.
Lubricate the bolts (2).
Tighten the bolts (2) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3), in the sequence
1-2-1.
