Smontaggio manubrio
Allentare e rimuovere le viti (3) di
fissaggio cavallotti (1).
Rimuovere i due cavallotti (1) di
fissaggio manubrio.
Rimuovere il manubrio (4) dalla
propria sede sulla testa di sterzo.
Per rimuovere le manopole (
5 ) fare
riferimento all’esploso di inizio
capitolo.
Rimontaggio manubrio
Posizionare il manubrio (4) nella
propria sede sulla testa di sterzo.
Posizionare i cavallotti (1) sul
manubrio.
Importante
Posizionare i cavallotti
orientando la freccia (B), sul loro
dorso, verso il serbatoio.
Posizionare il manubrio in modo che
le punzonature (A) si trovino sullo
stesso piano delle sedi sulla testa,
come mostrato in figura.
Applicare grasso prescritto sul filetto
delle viti (3).
Fissare i cavallotti (1) avvitando le viti
(3).
Serrare le viti (3) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez C 3).

acceleratore F 1
Rimuovere il
commutatore destro P 5
Rimuovere il comando
freno anteriore F 3
Rimuovere il
commutatore sinistro P 5
Rimuovere il comando
idraulico frizione F 2
Operazioni Rif Sez.
Installare il comando
freno anteriore F 3
Installare il
commutatore destro P 5
Installare il comando
acceleratore F 1
Installare il comando
idraulico frizione F 2
Installare il
commutatore sinistro P 5
Removing the handlebar
Release and remove the screws (3) of
the clamps (1).
Remove both handlebar clamps (1).
Remove the handlebar (4) from its
seat in the steering head.
Please refer to the exploded view at
the beginning of this section for
handgrips (
5 ) removal procedure.
Refitting the handlebar
Position the handlebar (4) to its seat in
the steering head.
Position the clamps (1) to the
handlebar.
Caution
The arrow (B) on the back of the
clamps must be facing the tank.
When fitting the handlebars, make
sure the dots (A) lie in the same line
as the seats in the steering head as
shown in the figure.
Apply specified grease on the thread
of the screws (3).
Tighten the screws (3) to secure the
clamps (1).
Tighten the screws (3) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).

Remove the clutch
