Smontaggio bilanciere
sospensione posteriore
Rimuovere la parte superiore
dell'ammortizzatore dal bilanciere
come descritto al paragrafo
"Smontaggio ammortizzatore
posteriore" di questa sezione.
Separare il tirante (15) dal bilanciere
(1) svitando la vite (7) e recuperare le
bussole (
4 ) ai lati dello snodo sferico
( 13 ).
Prima di rimuovere il bilanciere (1) dal
telaio è necessario verificare il gioco
degli astucci a rullini (
3 ) posti al suo
interno.
Tirare e spingere nei quattro sensi
l’estremità posteriore del bilanciere.
Se si riscontra un movimento
eccessivo è necessario provvedere
alla sostituzione.
Per rimuovere il bilanciere (1) dal
telaio occorre svitare la vite di
fissaggio (10) facendo attenzione alla
rondella (
9 ) e il relativo dado (16)
esagono incassato. Rimuovere il
bilanciere completo (1) dal telaio.
Removing the rear
suspension rocker arm
Remove the monoshock absorber top
from the rocker as described in
"Removing the monoshock absorber"
under this section.
Unscrew the screw (7) and
disconnect linkage (15) from rocker
arm (1). Keep the bushes (
4 ) at the
sides of the ball joint ( 13 ).
Check for play in the needle roller
bearings (
3 ) inside the rocker arm
before taking rocker arm (1) off the
frame.
Push and pull rocker arm rear end in
all directions.
Change bearings if you determine
excessive play.
Undo the nut (16) and remove washer
(
9 ) to remove the rocker arm (1) from
the frame. Loosen and remove
retaining screw (10). Remove the
complete rocker arm (1) from the
frame.
