Rimontaggio perni
tenditori
Applicare frenafiletti prescritto sulla
filettatura dei perni tenditori.
Per un corretto posizionamento
dei perni sulle teste, osservare i
riferimenti dei componenti
riportati nelle foto.
Inserire i perni tenditori fisso (13) e
mobile (12) nelle teste, ed avvitarli
usando l’attrezzo cod.

Serrare i perni tenditori alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Ricomposizione pulegge
Assemblare i componenti inserendo
nella flangia (24), la puleggia (25) e la
rosetta (23) come mostrato in figura
Importante
Durante il rimontaggio allineare
la marcatura “A” della puleggia (25)
con la tacca “B” della rosetta (23) e
la marcatura “C” della flangia (24).
Avvitare le viti (22) sulla flangia
portandole in battuta sulla rosetta (23)
e allentandole poi di 1/4 di giro.
Refitting the tensioner
shafts
Apply the recommended threadlocker
to the threads of the shafts.
To fit the shafts correctly on the
cylinder heads, note the references of
the parts given in the photographs.
Insert the fixed tensioner (13) and
adjustable tensioner (12) in the
cylinder heads and tighten them
using tool part no.
88713.1821 .
Tighten the shafts to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Reassembly of the timing
pulleys
To assemble these parts, install the
pulley (25) and washer (23) inside
flange (24), as shown in the figure.
Important
During reassembly, align the
mark “A” on pulley (25) with the
mark “B” on the washer (23) and
mark “C” on the flange (24).
Fit screws (22) on the flange and
drive them fully home on washer (23),
then back them off by ¼ of a turn.
