Removing the rear
number plate holder
Undo the screws (8) securing the
number plate holder (9) to the
exhaust silencer and remove it.
Unscrew the screws (2) and (3) on the
tail light and after disconnecting
connector (A) of the rear wiring
harness (10),
remove the tail light (1).
Undo the screws (7) and recover the
washers (6). Remove the tail light sup-
port (4) complete with heat guard (13)
and recover the washers (17).
Refitting the rear number plate
holder
Locate eight aramid washers (17)
on the heat guard (13).
Fit the screws (7) with washers (6)
to the tail light support.
Install the heat guard with washers (17)
on the tail light support screws.
Locate the tail light support (4) complete
with heat guard (13) on the silencer, with
the wiring harness connector (A) pass-
ing between the tail light support and
the heat guard and exiting via slot (B).
Tighten the screws (7) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Connect rear wiring harness (10)
connector (A) to the socket on the tail
light (1) and secure the latter with the
rear screw (2) and the screws (3).
Tighten screws to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Reinstall the complete number plate
holder assembly (9) and secure it with
screws (8).
Tighten screws (8) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Smontaggio portatarga
fanale posteriore
Svitare le viti (8) che fissano il
portatarga (9) al silenziatore di scarico
e rimuoverlo.
Svitare le viti (2) e (3) del fanale poste-
riore e dopo aver scollegato il connet-
tore (A) del cablaggio posteriore (10),
rimuovere il fanale (1).
Svitare le viti (7) e recuperare le
rosette (6). Rimuovere il supporto
fanale (4) con paracalore (13) e
recuperare le rosette (17).
Rimontaggio portatarga fanale
posteriore
Posizionare sul paracalore (13) otto
rosette aramidiche (17).
Inserire sul supporto fanale le viti (7)
con rosette (6).
Installare il paracalore con rosette (17)
sulle viti del supporto fanale.
Posizionare il supporto fanale (4) con
paracalore (13) sul silenziatore, facendo
passare il connettore (A) del cablaggio
tra il supporto fanale ed il paracalore
facendolo uscire dall’asola (B).
Serrare alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3) le viti (7).
Collegare il connettore (A) del
cablaggio posteriore (10)
nell’apposita presa del fanale (1) e
fissare quest’ultimo con la vite
posteriore (2) e le viti (3).
Serrare le viti alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Rimontare il portatarga completo (9)
fissandolo con le viti (8).
Serrare le viti (8) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
