Rimontaggio pedane
Posizionare la molla (3) tra le battute
della pedana (5) o (6) e montarli sulla
piastra portapedana, inserendo
l’estremità rettilinea (C) della molla
nel foro della piastra.
Introdurre dal lato anteriore il perno (4),
opportunamente ingrassato, e
bloccarlo sul lato opposto con
l’anello di fermo (10).
Procedere al montaggio del gruppo
completo sul telaio, fissandolo con
le viti (7), sulle quali applicare
frenafiletti prescritto.
Bloccare le viti (7) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Rimontare la levetta (B) sull’albero
cambio serrando alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3) la vite (A).
Rimontaggio pedane posteriori
versione biposto
Posizionare la molla (14) tra le
battute della pedana (15).
Installare la pedana sulla piastra
posizionando i piastrini (13) e le
sfere (12) tra le battute della
piastra portapedana.
Introdurre dal lato superiore il
perno (4), opportunamente
ingrassato, e bloccarlo sul lato
opposto con l’anello (10).
Posizionare la piastra sul telaietto e
bloccare le viti (19) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3) dopo avere
applicato frenafiletti prescritto.
Eseguire la stessa procedura per la
pedana destra.
Refitting the footpegs
Position the spring (3) between the
lugs of the footpeg (5) or (6) and fit
to the bracket, inserting the
straight end (C) of the spring in
the hole in the bracket.
Insert pin (4) from the front side of
the bracket, securing it on the other
side with lock ring (10).
Fit the entire assembly to the frame,
securing it with the screws (7) –
apply prescribed threadlocker).
Tighten the screws (7) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit the lever (B) to the gearbox
shaft, tightening screw (A) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Refitting the rear footpegs
(dual set version)
Fit the spring (14) between the lugs
of the footpeg(15).
Fit the footpeg to the bracket with the
plates (13) and balls (12) positioned
between the lugs of the bracket.
Insert the pin (4) from the top side
of the bracket, securing it on the
other side with lock ring (10).
Position the bracket on the subframe;
apply the recommended threadlocker
and tighten screws (19) to the
specfied torque (Sect. C 3).
Follow the same procedure to refit
the RH footpeg.
