8.2.2 Top Hat Installation
•
Make sure the top hat is the right one for the fixture on
which you want to mount it on.
•
Remove the top hat and the two fixing screws from their
package.
•
Correctly position the top hat. Its mounting brackets have to
be on top of the fixture’s rotation socket and the screw “ B ”
must come out from the top hat’s bracket through-hole.
• Insert the two screws “ A ” in the designated hole on the
rotation pivot.
•
Adequately fasten the two screws “ A ” by using the proper
hex key.
•
A medium resistant threadlocker (on screws “ A ”) is
recommended in case of permanent installation.
