3.5 J5, J6 –PRIMARY /SECONDARY IDE
CONNECTORS
These connectors support the provided IDE hard disk ribbon cable. After
connecting the single end to the board, connect the two plugs on the other end to
your hard disk or other device.
3.6 J7 - FLOPPY DRIVE CONTROLLER
This connector supports the floppy drive ribbon cable. After connecting the single
end to the board, connect the two plugs on the other end to the floppy drive.
3.7 J8 – CPU FAN CONNECTOR
J8 is a three-pin connectors, which are used to connect with the CPU Fan Power
cable. It’s controlled by Hardware Doctor, and controlled the Fan speed.
3.8 J9 – POST LED
The Power On Self Test indication LED for troubleshooting purpose.
3.9 J10 – CUSTOMER IR CONNECTOR
J10 is a ten-pin connector for the IrDA/ASKIR/Customer Infrared device. The pin
definition is listed as follows:
