Insert the Top Holder for Celeron as the following diagram:

Note: There is mechanical conflict between Intel Box Celeron CPU’s Cooler with normal
Pentium II retention. Cause the CPU with a bit inclination. When installing the
Top Holder for Celeron, make sure that the PCB of the CPU is fitted into the rail
inside the Top Holder. The situation is shown as below.
