Remove the mattress retainers from the bed frame.  They are wrapped in 
foam and zip tied to the frame. 

 

Remove any remaining zip ties or foam left on bed frame. 

 

Make sure all connections to the control box are secure 

 

The product should be positioned in a way that the mains plug is easily 
plugged into and unplugged from a wall outlet 

 

NOTE:

 DO NOT remove zip ties that are holding cords underneath bed frame. 

 

INITIAL INSPECTION 

 

Inspection of All Components – Receipt of assembled bed 

 

Check bed components for obvious damage. 

 

Inspect power supply cords for cuts and/or damage 

 

If power cord is free of damage, plug into grounded 110-240 VAC outlet 

 

Check that actuator cords are connected properly to the controller. 

 

Raise the bed frame and check to ensure all cables are plugged securely 
into the control box and no wires are loose. 

 

Verify proper functionality of all features

MATTRESS RETAINER INSTALLATION/ADJUSTMENT 

Mattress retainers are designed to keep the mattress in place on the sleep 
surface. 

 

Determine size of your mattress 

 

There are two different sizes of mattress retainers.  4 narrow retainers for the 
sides of the bed and 2 wider retainers for the end of the bed. 

 

Insert the two end mattress retainers in the holes appropriate for the length 
mattress being used.  Length options are detailed in the technical 
specification section.
