Disposal
For professional disposal, please contact your local was-
te management company.
Please bear in mind that the mattress and cover may car-
ry germs. This can lead to the transmission of infection.
Please dispose of the pad and mattress cover in such a
way that there is no risk for you or a third party.
Service life
Our company is confident that this product will have a
long product service life, as long as the product is used
for its intended purpose and that all maintenance and
service specifications are observed.
This service life may be significantly longer if the product
is handled, serviced, maintained and used carefully.
However the service life can also be substantially redu-
ced through extreme usage and incorrect use.
The fact that our company has defined the service life
does not constitute any additional guarantee.
Guarantee
Drive Medical guarantees the product for 2 years against
material and manufacturing defects.
Damage which is a result of natural wear and tear and/or
incorrect handling is excluded from the guarantee.
Damage which is a result of material and/or manufactu-
ring defects will be remedied through free replacement
or repair
