This signal provides a linearly
scaled setting to reflected power as
measured at the generator output.
The default range is 0 V to 10 V,
but you can change this range (see
“Analog Outputs” on page 4-21 )
For example, 5 V = 50% of the
nominal generator power; 10 V =
100%.

voltage as measured at the
matching network. The default
range is 0 V to 10 V, but you can
change this range (see

nominal DC bias (4 kV); 10 V =
100%.
