N’utilisez pas les man-
drins Dremel avec
l’accessoire d’éclairage.
Le corps du mandrin
empêche l’outil de tourner librement et risque de
bloquer le moteur.
N’utilisez pas l’écrou de
douille standard de
l’outil avec l’accessoire d’éclairage.
L’écrou de
douille standard de l’outil ne permet pas de serrer à
fond l’arbre accessoire. Mal serré, il est susceptible
d’être éjecté de l’outil et de vous heurter ou de frapper
autrui.
Utilisez l’accessoire exclusivement avec les outils
rotatifs Dremel modèles 275, 285, 395, 398 ou 780.
1. Appuyez sur le bouton de blocage de l’arbre de
l’outil rotatif, dévissez et enlevez l’écrou de douille
standard

(Fig. 1).
Do not use Dremel chucks with
the light attachment.
The
chucks body will not allow the tool to spin freely and
could jam the motor.
Do not use the standard tool
collet nut with the light attach-
ment.
The standard tool collet nut will not allow the
accessory shaft to be fully tightened. The loose
accessory could “fly” out of the tool and strike you
or bystanders.
Use only with Dremel rotary tool models 275, 285,
395, 398, or 780.
1. Press the shaft lock button on the rotary tool,
unthread and remove the standard collet nut

(Fig.1).
2. Unthread the housing cap

from the tool (Fig.1).
3. While pressing the shaft lock button on your
rotary tool, thread the magnet

onto the output
shaft

all the way down to the shoulder of the shaft
(Fig. 2).
4. While pressing the shaft lock button on your
rotary tool, thread the collet nut

included with your
Dremelite onto the the output shaft

Note:
The
collet nut normally used on your rotary tool is taller
than the collet nut included with your Dremelite
(Fig. 3).
Note:
Collet nut and magnet were designed as
separate parts to allow for easy collet changes.
5. Thread the Dremelite

onto the rotary tool (Fig. 4).
6. Insert an accessory as deeply as possible into the
collet/collet nut to avoid wobble during use. With
the shaft lock button engaged, retighten the collet
nut.
Your Dremelite is ready to go! Just turn on your tool
and go to work!
The Dremelite will project the most intense light at
tool speeds over 10,000RPM.
