Prior to contacting DreamLine® Customer Service, please
have the following information readily available:
- Purchase Order Information
- Name, PO Number, Dealer/Vendor Name, etc.
- SKU/Model Number (see cover page,
- Factory Part Information (see Pages 18-20)
NOTE: DO NOT use the towel bar for support. The Towel Bar is NOT a grab bar.
NOTE: The Aqua tub door is designed to swing out.
DO NOT push the door into the tub area.
• Check all shipping/packaging material for missing parts/components.
• If not found, contact DreamLine Customer Support [1-866-731-2244]
to order factory part replacement.
