Maintenance

Maintenance

Disinfect and clean device or device parts before
any maintenance measures and also before
returning the medical device for repair.

CAUTION

Only the manufacturer Guldmann GmbH may
install the GH3 and GH3 + patient lifting modules
and carry out the acceptance test.
Only the manufacturer Guldmann GmbH may
carry out maintenance or repair work.

CAUTION

Lubricate the spindle of the ceiling supply unit
lifting system using the high-pressure grease
STABURAGS NBU 12/300 KP (Klüber
Lubrication München KG, Germany) only. Other
greases are not permitted.

Functionality test and visual inspection of the whole
supply unit.

Initially 5 years after operating the device for the
first time, then annually.

Service personnel must inspect the device.

Visual inspection and tightness testing of
compressed gas hoses.

Initially 5 years after operating the device for the
first time, then annually.

Service personnel must inspect the device.

Visual inspection of all cables and check of
electrical safety.

Every 5 years by experts.

For the gas terminal units, the instructions for use
from the respective manufacturer must be
observed.

For Dräger terminal units, exchange of the O-ring
and flat sealing ring wear parts.

Every 6 years by experts.

General overhaul and replacement of all
compressed gas hoses and cables.

Every 12 years by experts.

In addition, for the Movita lift version, the following
applies:
Test of the lift system and lubrication of the spindle.

Every 5 years by experts.
