Troubleshooting
Weight is too high.
Other faults during weighing:
10.6 Fault with the oxygen supply
Condition Cause Remedy
The following text is dis-
played during the weighing
process:
Maximum
weight exceeded. The
weight cannot be deter-
mined.
There is too much weight
on the scale. Check the scale. Check
that the mattress tray and
mattress are correctly
positioned on the scale.
Take all unnecessary
items off the mattress tray.
Repeat the weighing pro-
cess. If weighing is still not
possible, contact special-
ized service personnel.
Text Cause Remedy
Taring failed. The tare weight cannot be
determined. The patient
has not been lifted. The
scale has not been tared. Tare the scale again.
The scale has not been
tared.
Taring load is too high. The maximum permissi-
ble tare weight has been
exceeded. Tare the scale again and
only lift the patient.
Weighing canceled. The weight of the patient
could not be determined. Repeat the weighing pro-
cess. If weighing is still not
possible, contact special-
ized service personnel.
Weighing failed. The weight of the patient
could not be determined. Repeat the weighing pro-
cess. If weighing is still not
possible, contact special-
ized service personnel.
Condition Cause Remedy
The oxygen supply to the
patient compartment is
activated. The
Check oxy-
gen supply alarm is per-
manently displayed.
The supply pressure from
the oxygen cylinder or
from the central O
2
supply
is too high.
Check the oxygen supply,
the central supply, and the
pressure reducer.
Restart the device. If the
fault persists, turn off the
oxygen supply to the
patient compartment.
Dräger recommends that
the device not be operated
with a permanent oxygen
overpressure.
