Troubleshooting & Support

Warning Messages

Message

Solution

OUT OF RANGE

The input signal is not acceptable by the monitor.

-

Please ensure that the video resolution and refresh
rate of the graphics card in your computer are
within specified ranges for the monitor.

-

Please check your computer’s display settings and
change the screen refresh rate properly. For
Windows users, press the Advanced button on the
Settings tab of Display Properties Window. And
then, change the refresh rate of Monitor settings
on the Monitor tab to 75Hz.

-

Please refer to the “Technical Information”
section of this User’s Manual to see supported
frequency ranges.

NO SIGNAL

No signal inputs are detected from the VGA
connector.

-

Check that your computer is ON.

-

Check that the video signal cable is properly
connected.

-

Ensure that no pins are bent or pushed in the
video input connector.

AUTO CONFIG

The monitor is detecting the input signal and
automatically adjusting the monitor settings.

-

It takes approximately 5 seconds to finish the
entire process.

-

It is recommended that you auto-adjust by
pressing the Auto button every time you change
the resolution or refresh rate.
