Is the controller back panel FRU OK LED off?
Is the controller back panel Fault/Service Required LED amber?
Is the drawer panel Fault/Service Required LED amber?

Consider the following when troubleshooting drawer LEDs:

The CLI commands

start drawer
are used for communicating with enclosure

for information about command
syntax and usage.

Yes
The controller module is not powered on.
The controller module has failed.

Check that the controller module is fully inserted
and latched in place, and that the enclosure is
powered on.
•
Check the event log for specific information
regarding the failure.

remove the controller module and reinsert it.

If the above action does not resolve the fault,
contact an authorized service provider for
assistance. It may be necessary to replace the
controller module.
