8.7 Parameter management
8.7.1 Overview
The “Parameter management” menu is sub-divided
into three windows:
Production
Standby
Alarm data
Buttons
Symbol Meaning
Open the “Parameter manage-
ment” menu.
Switch between individual win-
dows.
Store parameters in the Flash
memory of the control system.
8.7.2 Production
Process parameter
Supply pipe pressure
This is the reference variable of pressure
control. Values between 1 and 18 bar can
be parameterized.
Setup rotational speed
This is the minimum rotational speed of the
motor in Production mode. Values between
10 and 50 Hz can be parameterized.
Control pressure recirculation controller
Parameter for setting the control pressure
for the recirculation controller in Production
mode. Values between 0 and 5 bar can be
parameterized.
PID parameter
P
Proportional amplification of the PID regu-
lator. Values between 0.5 and 100 can be
parameterized.
I [s]
Integration time constant (reset time) for the
integral part of the PID regulator. Values
between 0 and 10 s can be parameterized.
D [s]
Differentiation time constant (lead time) for
the differential part of the PID regulator.
Values between 0 and 5 s can be parame-
terized.
Filter time D [s]
Filter time constant (reset time) for the differ-
ential part of the PID regulator. Values
between 0 and 5 s can be parameterized.
Acceleration ramp [1/s]
Maximum change speed for drive start up
during the Production mode. Values
between 5 and 60 1/s can be parameterized.
Brake ramp [1/s]
Maximum change speed for drive reversing
during the Production mode. Values
between 5 and 60 1/s can be parameterized.
Change in the PID parameter influences
the regulation behavior of the pump.
Changes may only be made by qualified
personnel.
