3.15.1.3 Auto Open Feedback with battery level low or critical
The Auto Open feature works as described in the previous section, with the following differences when the
battery level is low or critical:
Battery Level low
•
If reported by the lock at wake-up, a key press is required to advance to the logon prompting.
•
Battery low warning will appear briefly before the opening of the Target Lock, accompanied by LED
flashes and beeps (if buzzer enabled).
Battery Level critical
•
If reported by the lock at wake-up, no further actions are possible until the battery is replaced.
•
If critical battery level is detected as a result of opening Lock 1, it will be reported when the Keypad
wakes-up to open the Target Lock. The Target Lock will not open, and the Auto Open Sequence is
cancelled. No further actions are possible until the battery is replaced.
