Inspection, Maintenance and Adjustment

250 Hour / Monthly Service

Perform All Daily and 50 Hour Service
Checks

Boom and Arm Joint Pin - Lubricate

Grease every 10 hours for first 100 hours and every 250 hours
thereafter.

NOTE:

If the unit has been running or working in water, the
front attachment must be greased on a 10 hour/daily
basis.

•

Position machine on firm and level ground as shown below
and lower the front attachment to the ground and stop
engine.

•

Press the grease fitting and inject grease with the grease
gun on the marked point.

•

After greasing, clean off the old grease that has been
purged.
