The user is redirected to the welcome page on successful authentication, as shown in picture 5 below. Unsuccessful
authentication will re-launch the authentication dialog box, while pressing
Cancel
will present the user with a
401 Access
Denied
page.

The /index.shtml

webpage is the default welcome-page of the switch. Use the provided navigation alternatives to access
the switch monitoring functions, the network configuration functions, the switch management functions, and to review
the logs.
Finding switch network configuration on configured switches
Switch network information can be retrieved by following the USB flash drive procedure described in section
Management
processor
on page 10. Use this if you are unable to connect to a switch on the expected IP address.
