The

Backup Manager

allows you to generate a new backup file to a specified location on the

local storage of the Dolby IMS3000 or external device (USB or eSATA).

You need SuperUser privileges to complete the operations performed in this chapter.

Note:

The Backup Manager only generates a backup file for the SMS functions of the Dolby

IMS3000.

You can use the backup manager to generate a backup file.
