NOTE: The backup camera will always be displayed
whenever the shift lever/gear selector is put into RE-
VERSE while in any screen. It will turn off when the shift
lever/gear selector is put into in the PARK or DRIVE
positions.
UCONNECT 12.1 INCH SHUTDOWN
INSTRUCTIONS
To turn the screen off, the PC needs to be turned OFF or
put into sleep mode. The screen will stay on as long as
there is either an active PC connection or the Uconnect
radio stays ON.
DISABLING COMPUTER FUNCTION PRIOR TO
SALE OF UCONNECT 12.1 SCREEN EQUIPPED
VEHICLE TO A NON-GOVERNMENT OR
NON-LAW ENFORCEMENT ENTITY
Before the vehicle is sold to a non-government or non-
law enforcement entity, the ability of the Uconnect 12.1
screen to connect to a computer must be disabled. To do
this, please follow the steps below:
1. Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the 12.1 screen.
