Osaifu-Keitai/ToruCa

Osaifu-Keitai
Osaifu-Keitai is equipped with IC card and you can make payments simply
by holding the FOMA terminal over a reader in a shop. You can also use the
i-mode network to add e-money credit, check balances and usage history.
Enough security is provided so the Osaifu-Keitai can be used without worries.

To use the Osaifu-Keitai services, you need to download Osaifu-Keitai
i-
a
ppli from Osaifu-Keitai site*, and make settings.

Data (including e-money and points) stored in the IC card may happen to
be erased or altered due to the malfunction of the FOMA terminal. (As a
general rule, data should be deleted by the owner itself before undergoing
repairs because the FOMA terminal cannot be kept remaining data.)
For supports such as reissue or restore of data or temporary keeping or
transferring data, contact the Osaifu-Keitai service provider except for
transferring data using iC Transfer Service. For important data, please be
sure to use any services supporting the backup service.

Please be aware that DOCOMO is not responsible for disappearance and
alteration of the IC card data, any monetary injuries about Osaifu-Keitai
services under any circumstance such as malfunction or changing your model.

If your FOMA terminal is stolen or lost, contact the Osaifu-Keitai service
provider immediately and seek for advice.
■ ToruCa
ToruCa is an electronic card that can be captured through "Osaifu-Keitai",
and you can conveniently utilize it with application of flyers, restaurant cards,
coupons, etc. ToruCa can be obtained from the reader/writer, i-mode sites, or
data broadcast, etc., and you can readily trade items through mail, infrared data
communication, iC communication and a microSD card.

Using Osaifu-Keitai
By holding the
e
mark printed on the
FOMA terminal over the reader/writer
unit, you can make payments with
e-money or utilize as tickets.
・ Even when the power is turned off, or the
battery runs out, the IC card function is
available by holding up the e mark up to
the reader/writer.
Osaifu-Keitai
