• It may take time to upgrade.
• While using international roaming or when you

are outside the area, "Failed to start update.
Due to no network or roaming." is displayed.

• After upgrading, some settings are reset to

default settings. Please set up again.

• When upgrading, the original information

about this terminal (type, built number, etc.)
will be sent to our server automatically. We
do not use the sent information for purposes
other than Android upgrade.

• If a PIN has been set, the PIN entry screen

appears during the restart after rewriting and
you are required to enter your PIN.

• Consult a repair counter specified by

DOCOMO when upgrade fails and all
operations are disabled.
