5. Auto Sectioning Mode operation
The System operates automatic slide preparation by clicking the Start once the data saved in
the specified shared folder from an external system is read.
Turn ON the power of AS-410, start-up the LK-400 application, and log in. Then execute the
following procedure.
.(1) Click Auto Sectioning Mode button from the Main Menu of LK-400.
(2) The Auto Sectioning Mode screen will be displayed.

Display Items
No. Setting number of the sample tray in the AS-410
Sample No. Sample identification number (the number which is printed on a
slide)
Tissue No. The tissue identification number
Block No. Block number of the sample
Slide No. QR code data printed on a slide
