Blade Switch
to engage the mower deck, pull the blade switch
knob out. the mower blades are disengaged when
the knob is pressed down fully.

Throttle Control
the throttle control regulates the engine speed and
the rate of rotation of the blades.
to increase or decrease the engine speed, the control
is moved forward or back respectively.
Avoid idling the engine for long periods, as there is a
risk of fouling the spark plugs.

Choke control
Choke
the choke control is used for cold starts to provide
the engine with a richer fuel mixture.
For cold starts the control should be pulled out to its
extent. Push choke in after engine starts.
